PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for sustainable injection of a chemical which prevents without any special operation a transient rise of chemical flow rate just before the administration of chemical is finished. SOLUTION: With the operation to inject the chemical, an inner cylinder is automatically inserted into a balloon. The wings of the inserted inner cylinder counterreact to the shrinking force of the balloon when the flow rate of the chemical begins to rise as there remains a small amount of the chemical and prevents the shrinkage of the balloon, thus controlling a transient rise of chemical flow rate. |
