SOLUTION: The tire for the winter season includes many slip preventing structures on a contact surface with a road surface. Each slip preventing structure comprises a cylindrical water absorbing groove 7 formed at a predetermined depth inward from the contact surface 6a with the road surface, and a brush member 1 for preventing slip comprising many filaments 3a held in the water absorbing groove 7.
