PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a gap between a drink pack and a straw for preventing a beverage from leaking to the outside via the straw by allowing air in the drink pack from leaking to the outside and preventing an internal pressure from increasing even if the internal pressure of the drink pack increases by pressing the drink pack from the outside to allow the pack to become hollow and by increasing temperature. SOLUTION: A part where the maximum external dimensions of a section are larger than those of the section of a 'final engagement part' is provided between the oblique cut part of the tip of a straw and the 'final engagement part'.
