PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication controller that can drive a load even when its CPU runs away. SOLUTION: A CPU 12 and a backup circuit 13 alternately transmits data of the same contents by different communication systems, the backup circuit 13 transmits the data according to its communication system on the occurrence of a fault in the CPU 12, a CPU 23 at a receiver side monitors data from the CPU 12 and the backup circuit 24 monitors the data from the backup circuit 13, and when the CPU 23 is normal, the CPU 23 outputs the data and on the occurrence of abnormality of the CPU 23, the circuit 24 outputs the data to drive the load 9. |
