PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuation system, eliminating the need for increasing an actuator size and for using an expensive reducing valve or the like and easily achieving lightweight. SOLUTION: A supply and exhaust passage 21 is formed of a supply port 21p for introducing a working fluid having given supply pressure, a first supply passage 21a for supplying the working fluid to a mechanical control valve 31 from the supply port 21p, and a second supply passage 21b for supplying the working fluid to an electrical control valve 32 from the supply port 21p. Meanwhile, the one supply passage 21a is provided with a check valve 41 for forming a free passage in the supply direction directing to the mechanical control valve 31 from the supply port 21b and for blocking back flow. Thus, constitution is made to allow only the back flow to the supply port 21p side from the electrical control valve 32 through the second supply passage 21b.
