PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer endless belt less liable to produce internal stress and strain in use at a high temperature and having good running performance and durability. SOLUTION: When two or more polyimide resin-base layers different from each other in function because of a filler contained in at least one of the layers are laminated to obtain a multilayer endless belt, adjacent two layers are formed of different polyimide resins in such a way that the difference in the coefficient of linear expansion in the range of 200-250 deg.C between the layers is made smaller than that between layers formed of one of the polyimide resins.
