PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a vehicle driver and an external service center clerk to speedily transmit their wills through voice conversation while displaying the same contents on respective displays. SOLUTION: A vehicle is equipped with an on-vehicle computer for inputting a signal from a sensor showing the various kinds of the states of the vehicle and navigation information and displaying them on an on-vehicle display. The service center is also equipped with an inputting device for inputting various kinds of information and a service center computer for displaying the information on a display. Then, both of the computers are connected through an on- vehicle telephone set or a portable telephone set, and the driver and the service center clerk can talk with each other by voice through the on-vehicle telephone set or the portable telephone set.
