PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance sensor circuit capable of mostly avoiding noise effects of surroundings such as detection electrodes without causing erroneous operation and the like, even loosing the balance between detection electrode basic capacity and reference electrode basic capacity due to environment change. SOLUTION: A detection data production means for producing detection data determined based on the data obtained in a specific time corresponding to each capacitance of one detection electrode and another detection electrode and a reference value production means for producing a reference value determined based on the data obtained in a longer time corresponding to each capacitance of one detection electrode and another detection electrode are provided. When the detected data exceeds a threshold calculated based on the reference value, the detection state is informed with the detection signal output and the like.
