SOLUTION: The vehicle behavior control device (motor-driven power steering device) 1 has an actual steering angle sensing means (turning angle sensor) 10 for sensing the actual steering angle (turning angle) of the vehicle and a slip angle difference estimating means 21 for estimating the difference between the front wheel slip angle and the rear wheel slip angle of the vehicle. The control device includes a control means 13 for controlling the turning behavior of the vehicle based on an angular difference signalβfr from the slip angle difference estimating means 21 and an actual steering angle signal (turning angle signal)δfrom the actual steering angle sensing means 10.
