PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner image fixing device by which a toner image is excellently fixed to a recording material without giving off a bad smell near an image forming device even though a release agent incorporating a volatile odor component is used by suppressing the generation of the volatile odor component incorporated in the release agent. SOLUTION: The surface temperature of a heating roller 1 is regulated to temperature by which the volatile odor component incorporated in the release agent is set to be equal to or lower than an allowable value, and also auxiliary heating means 9 and 10 are provided at least either of an upstream side or a downstream side in a recording material carrying direction to the press-contact part of the heating roller and a pressure roller 5 in the toner image fixing device.
