PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage crusher which is used for crushing garbage into fine chips as a pretreatment step for garbage disposal. SOLUTION: This crusher has an almost circular cylindrical crushing chamber (3) which has a charge port (5) installed at the upper part thereof for charging garbage thereinto and a discharge port (7) installed at the lower part thereof for discharging fine chips of crushed garbage therefrom. In the crushing chamber, a rotary shaft (11) rotated by a motor (9) is installed upright; an upper-side cutter (21) is fixed to the rotary shaft; a lower-side cutter (23) is fixed to the shaft at below the upper-side cutter; and a discharge blade (25) for sending fine chips of crushed garbage (1a) to the discharge port is fixed to the shaft at below the lower-side cutter. |
