PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method and a charging apparatus for an electric double-layer capacitor device, which can correct unbalance of charging voltages of respective electric double-layer capacitor cells, of which the electric double- layer capacitor device is composed. SOLUTION: While the electric double-layer capacitor device 30 is charged by an ordinary charging method, wherein a terminal voltage or a terminal current of the device 30 is increased, if the terminal voltage of the electric double-layer capacitor device 30 is lower than a set charging voltage value which is a target charging voltage, the electric double-layer capacitor device 30 is subjected at least once to relieved charging. |
