PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a joint as an earthquake-proof structure even in case of a sewage pipe. SOLUTION: The pipe, where a socket 2 formed at the end of one pipe 1 is connected with an insertion port 3 formed at the end of the other pipe 1 inserted thereinto, has a lock ring 6 provided on the inner race at the opening end of the socket, a peripheral protrusion 5 formed at the corner of the socket isolated and allowable looseness distance from the lock ring 6 on the outer face of the insertion port 3 inserted into the socket 2 for engagement with the lock ring 6, and a sealing rubber ring 4 laid on the inner face of the socket at the corner of the pipe beyond the peripheral protrusion 5 for sealing between the inner face of the socket 2 and the outer face of the insertion port 3.
