PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garnish structure bringing close to an ideal characteristic the impact absorption characteristic of an impact absorber disposed between a garnish body covering an interior body panel and the body panel, enabling the characteristic to be easily adjusted, and being easy to manufacture with stable quality. SOLUTION: The impact absorber 12 has a plurality of first ribs 12i extended in parallel relationship along one side of the garnish body 11, and a plurality of second ribs 12j extending between and crossing the first ribs 12i. At least some of the second ribs 12j have rectangular openings 12h that open between the first ribs 12i, and rupturing portions 12k extended from the peripheral edges 12h' of the openings and adapted to be ruptured by collision impacts. Load can be controlled at the corners 12m of the openings 12h.
