PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film easily flameproofed without impairing appearance, transparency, mechanical properties and chemical properties originally incorporated in a polyester film. SOLUTION: In the flameproofed laminated polyester film comprising at least three layers of an inner layer made of a polyester copolymerized from a compound represented by formula, the content of a phosphorus element in the film is 0.03 to 2 wt.%, and the total thickness of the layers except the inner layer is 0.01 to 0.5 times as large as the thickness of the inner layer, wherein A is a bivalent or trivalent organic residue, Q is 1-18C hydrocarbon group, and Z is an ester formable functional group.
