PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipe for increasing the enhancing effect of the heat resistance originally possessed by a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin while holding impact resistance improving effect due to an impact absorbing agent. SOLUTION: A chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipe is subjected to post- treatment by holding a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin pipe obtained by extrusion molding under an atmosphere of 90-150 deg.C for 20 min or more and returning the heated pipe to room temperature.
