ALUMINUM NITRIDE POWDER FOR FILLING RESIN AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aluminum nitride powder for filling a resin excellent in balance between thermal conductivity and hydrolytic resistance, a mixed powder, a resin composition and a heat radiating member comprising the same. SOLUTION: This aluminum nitride powder for filling the resin is characterized as comprising a pulverized material of an aluminum nitride sintered compact and having <=50μm average particle diameter and <=10% content of a fine powder having <=3μm particle diameter. The resin composition comprises 50-85 vol.% is of the aluminum nitride powder and the heat radiating member comprises a formed compact thereof.
