PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life-characteristic of a battery by preventing a drop in a capacity. SOLUTION: A charging/discharging cycle is set to be a cycle in which a charging state does not exceed 100%. Moreover, overcharging is carried out periodically. Preferably, a charging current is referred to be as 1 CA or more to a 5-hour-rate nominal capacitance and an overcharging is carried out every 200 cycles or less.
