PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas insulated electric apparatus wherein a cause of abnormality generated in a gas sealed vessel 1 can be decided from output values of a gas sensor, a temperature sensor and an outside air temperature sensor. SOLUTION: In the gas sealed vessel 1, not only the gas sensor 1 but also the temperature sensor 13, and the outside air temperature sensor 15 detecting the outside air temperature of the gas sealed vessel 1, are disposed. Output 12 of the gas sensor, output 14 of the temperature sensor and output 16 of the outside air temperature sensor are inputted in an abnormality deciding means 17. When an abnormal state is decided in the abnormality deciding means 17, a cause of abnormality is further decided from combination of output values of various kinds of the sensors in an abnormality cause decided means 18. |
