PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hygienic scrambled egg processed product having uniform shape and size and uniform palate feeling, wherein manhour can be cut down. SOLUTION: The apparatus for charging liquid egg has the following scheme: hot water W heated so as to reach the egg solidification temperature is kept in a deep-bottomed pot N; a liquid egg-charging member 2 for charging liquid egg R into the hot water W is provided; and a nozzle 4 wherein plural small holes are formed so that the liquid egg R can be passed therethrough is set on the liquid egg discharge part of the liquid egg-charging member 2. |
