PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store information extractor which can supply food information on proper cooking, foods, etc., which are produced according to the caloric intake states and in consideration of the balance of nutrition and also can supply the food relative information, including the locations of food stores which supply those foods by inputting menu information and retrieval conditions. SOLUTION: Content of nutritive elements are calculated to the food information stored in a store information storage part 6, by referring to the content of nutritive elements stored in a menu/nutritive element data base 3. Then the food stores and the foods according to the retrieval conditions which are received from a retrieval condition input part 2 are retrieved from a commodity nutrition information storage part 8. Meanwhile, a store information extraction part 9 compares the contents nutrient elements with the intake value of the nutritive elements to the food stores and foods which are in matching with these retrieval conditions. At the same time, the food relative information, including the proper food information, which are produced in consideration of the balance of nutrition to the intake value of nutritive elements and the food relative information including the location information on the food stores are retrieved from the part 8. |
