PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inexpensively manufacture a seal member for a window panel capable of preventing the generation of the wrinkles or flotation of the seal member at the corner parts of the window panel or in the vicinity of the corner parts. SOLUTION: An imitation panel mold 6 is formed corresponding to the peripheral edge part of a window panel and arranged to the lateral opening part of the extrusion port of the cap 20 of a die device 1 to constitute a molding space 23 corresponding to the crosssectional shape of a seal member 4 between the imitation panel mold 6 and the extrusion port 21. Next, the imitation panel mold 6 and the die device 11 are relatively moved while the material fed to the die device 11 is extruded from the seal member extruding opening of the end part of the molding space 23 through the molding space 23. By this constitution, the seal member 4 is formed along the peripheral edge part of the imitation mold 6. Thereafter, the seal member 4 is peeled from the peripheral edge part of the imitation mold 6 to manufacture the seal member 4 to the peripheral edge part of the imitation mold 6. |
