PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for scratching corneum to stimulate percutaneous transmission or sampling of substances. SOLUTION: The device includes plural micro-needles to scratch corneum and form plural grooves in a tissue with controlled depth and width. Micro- needles are about 5 to 250 μm long and generally about 5 to 200 μm long. The device rubs the skin to adjust the scratched part and then a percutaneous transmission device or a sampling device is applied to the scratched transmission part. Scratching stimulates the permeability of skin and a transmission and sampling speed of substances without giving any pains or irritation to patients. |
