PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic electroluminescent element with low cost and high light-emitting brightness. SOLUTION: Europium derivatives as indicated by formula I and composition made of polyvinol carbazole as indicated by formula II are included, a composite of which are put together into a film by spinner method making up an organic EL element. Here, R1 and R2 independently an allyl compound, at least either one of which includes conjugated double bond. R3 is a phenyl group, methyl group or methoxy group. The number n is in the range of 50 to 2,000.
