PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric wire from a hitch onto a lock arm. SOLUTION: On a side surface 18 of the vertical part of a rib 17, a release surface 20, adjoined to an end surface 19 and slanting against the direction of the vertical part of the rib 17, is formed. When a wire W moves in close to the side of a bending space 15 from the back side of a lock arm 11, the wire W comes into touch with the side surface 18. On the above occasion, as the release surface 20 slanting against the vertical direction has been formed on side surface 18, the wire W slips out of the rib 17 by means of sliding on the release surface 20. Thus, the wire W is prevented from being hitched on the lock arm 11 and the rib 17.
