PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-conductor integrated circuit and a memory processing system, by which high speed data transfer is realized. SOLUTION: The memory processing system in this invention is provided with a system controller 1 and a plurality of memory modules 1000A.... The controller 1 and the memory modules exchange data by using data transmission lines 2a-2m which are terminated only at the side of the memory modules. Memory chips monitor a reflection wave obtained when data is outputted to each data transmission line so that the length of the line is measured. Based on the measurement result, the system controller 1 decides a set-up time/hold- time at every memory chip.
