PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable support structure of an ultrasonic vibrator capable of transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic pulse having short reverberation and reducing propagation of vibration to a conduit wall. SOLUTION: This support structure has the ultrasonic vibrator 20 including a support part 13 provided outside a side wall part 9 and a piezoelectric material 12 fixed to the inner wall face of a top part 8; and a vibration propagation suppression body 22 including an vibration-damping body 21 reducing the vibration of the side wall part 9 and a retention part 23 retaining the support part 13. Thereby, the propagation of the vibration of the piezoelectric material 12 to the installation side is reduced to transmit and receive the ultrasonic pulse having the short reverberation.
