PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency as well as to reduce the load of a worker, by attaching a mechanism of preventing an idle run, in a fastener for construction members which consist of a bolt and a nut. SOLUTION: This fastener is composed to include shaft part 12 forming a male screw 11 at least on the other peripheral surface at the front end part a connection part 13 whose circumscribing circle is made in a diameter lager than the shaft part 12, and connecting to the head part of the shaft part 12, and the first circular plate part 14 which is formed in a larger diameter than the circumscribed circle of the connection part 13, and connecting to the head part of the connection part 13. Also it is composed by including a bolt 10, where an engaging groove of the tool for fastening at the end face of the first circular plate 14, a fitting part 21 where a female screw is formed on the inner peripheral surface, and the second circular plate 22 which is formed in a larger diameter than the fitting part 21, and connecting to the head of the fitting part 21, and a nut 20 forming an engaging groove 23 of a tool for fastening is provided to the end face of the second circular plate 22, while one side is formed polygonal, and the other side is formed into a circular form, as to the cross section surfaces of the connection part 13 and the fitting part 21.
