<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device with small size and an excellent mobility capable of size-judging to a predetermined size of an object with no need an expensive large scale device such as a complicated object identifying device and large aperture antenna having high azimuth resolution. SOLUTION: The device comprises an object correlation processing part 9 that determines a range that each object exists and an expansion in a cross range direction (object range) from a threshold judgment result to object amplitude can be measured by the radar device and then a receiving echo length of an object length in a radar direction from the expansion in the range direction, a RCS(Radar Cross Section) computing process part 13 that determines RCSs of all range bins where the objects are detected from the object amplitude and distance, and then a maximum value of the RCSs in the object range of every object, and an object size judgment part 10 judging the object size from the object receiving echo length and the RCS maximum value.</p> |
