PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the follow-up of power supply voltage fluctuation is insufficient for a common level generated by resistance division in a conventional PECL output buffer circuit and there is the possibility that the level of the output signals of the output buffer circuit deviates from a PECL level. SOLUTION: This PECL buffer circuit is provided with a first PECL output terminal, a second PECL output terminal, a first resistor connected between the first output terminal and a node, a second resistor connected between the second output terminal and the node and a driver circuit for receiving a first signal and a second signal complementary to the first signal, making a current flow from the first output terminal to the second output terminal through the first and second resistors when the first and second signals indicate first data and making the current flow from the second output terminal to the first output terminal through the first and second resistors when the first and second signals indicate second data. The common level for which the fluctuation follows up the fluctuation of a power supply voltage is supplied to the node. |
