PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cell surface antigens and to provide a method for diagnosing and treating immune interstitial infectious diseases in mammals containing human beings. SOLUTION: The cell surface antigens are obtained by the method for conveniently and high-efficiently cloning cDNAs from the expression libraries of the mammals on the basis of transient expression in the host cells of the mammals.
