PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heater suitable for use in a water system of an airplane with sufficient sealing action against vibration, heat exchange, low pressure environment, and impacts of chemical products and provide a connecting element and/or terminating element to prevent infiltration of water or other liquids into connection area of the heater. SOLUTION: In a heater substantially with at least one heating element furnished with a heater band and a heater lead wire and also clad in a fluoropolymer protection layer, fluoropolymer synthetic materials are applied to seal areas of connecting element up to terminating element.
