PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate abnormal operation of a switching element in the intermediate loading condition. SOLUTION: A secondary side resonance circuit is formed by combining a secondary side parallel resonance circuit C2 and a secondary side serial resonance circuit Cs for a secondary winding N2 of an insulated converter transformer PIT as the secondary side resonance circuit. Consequently, a constant voltage control of the secondary side DC output voltage E01 performs a combined control for controlling the switching frequency and the continuity angle of the switching current passing through the switching element Q1. Accordingly, expansion of the period where the switching element Q1 becomes off can be prevented.
