PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring device deepening the depth of the storage section of the viewing seat of a building, eliminating fear of the interference between rocking arms and the wall face of the storage section, and capable of connecting the back section of the mobile viewing seat to the end wall of the storage section at the required height. SOLUTION: This mooring device has a nesting structure and connects the upper section of the mobile viewing seat 3 forming the stepwise viewing seat 3 in the deployed attitude to the storage section side of the building 1. A metal bracket 12 protruded to the mobile viewing seat 3 side is provided on the end wall 11 of the storage section 2, the first rocking arm 13 is hinged rockably in the horizontal plane to the back section of the mobile viewing seat 3, and the second rocking arm 14 is hinged rockably in the horizontal plane to the free end side of the first rocking arm 13. The intermediate section of the second rocking arm 14 is hinged to an intermediate support 15, and a lock means 17 locking or releasing the free end portion of the second rocking arm 14 on the metal bracket 12 in the linear aligned attitude of both rocking arms 13, 14 is provided.
