The invention relates to a honing tool as used in conventional mechanical engineering. The invention aims to produce a honing tool which guarantees a flush but detachable alignment of the tool body over its entire service life. The tool body can be detachably fixed by a force-fit to the shaft in flush alignment. To this end, a plug-in connection is configured between the shaft and the tool body, the contact surfaces of the shaft and the tool body having a different profile in the vicinity of the plug-in connection. This difference in profile can be neutralised by a force acting on one of the two parts, said part deforming elastically in such a way that the difference is compensated by a change to the profile. |
