PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warn a situation where an erroneous detection and a detection omission take place easily in an image recognizing device. SOLUTION: This system consists of an image pickup device 1 which photographs a monitoring rage and acquires an image, an image recognizing device 2 which processes the image inputted from the device 1 and detects an intruding object in the monitoring range, an alarm device 3 which generates an alarm according to the output of the device 2 and a monitor 4 displaying the output of the device 2. The device 2 is provided with an image inputting part 5 applying input processing to an inputted image, a frame memory 6 storing the output of the part 5, an area setting part 10 setting an area in which image quality is measured about an output of the memory 6, an image quality measuring part 11 measuring image quality in the area set by the part 10, and a judging part 12 that judges whether or not an image is deteriorated on the basis of the image quality measured by the part 11 and outputs the results to the device 3. |
