PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous heating furnace for activating treatment capable of eliminating the need for a conventional purging gas fed to a purging chamber and having a low environmental load. SOLUTION: This continuous heating furnace is capable of recovering a substance volatilized from a material to be treated with a recovering device 3, burning the recovered volatilized substance with a combustion device 4, feeding a gas produced by the combustion as a purging gas from the combustion device 4 to an inlet purging chamber 13 and an outlet purging chamber 14 with a gas feeder 5, circulating and reutilizing the gas. |
