PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction of an outer rotor stator which improves space factor of coils by dividing the stator into two parts. SOLUTION: The construction of the outer rotor stator includes an inner stator core 10 which has an annular shape and has a plurality of poles 10A along an outer circumference thereof, an outer stator core 11 which has a cylindrical shape and has an axial direction length same as that of the inner stator core 10 and into which the inner stator core 10 is pushed, and bobbins 12 in which the coils 3 are wound and which are attached to the respective poles 10A and insulate the coils 3 from the inner stator core 10 and the outer stator core 11. The bobbins 12 are attached to the respective poles 10A after the coils 3 are wound around the bobbins 12.
