PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a received packet to a specific interface when a protocol of a received packet is a protocol unable to be analyzed by a network flow measurement device in addition to a function of a conventional RMON 2 probe. SOLUTION: The network flow measurement device 201 has a transmission interface 212 to which a data analyzer 221 is connected and is provided with a means that transmits the received packet from an observation interface 211 to the transfer interface 212 when the protocol of the packet cannot be analyzed.
