PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a reliability in a system change-over processing operation just after resetting. SOLUTION: In a redundant transmission system, when order designating information stored in an order storage means arranged in a second line terminating circuit is different from order designating information store in the order storage means arranged in a first line terminating circuit just after a reset processing in a control circuit for executing a system change-over processing, it is judged that the storage contents of a back-up storage means in the line terminating circuit being the same as that of the order storage means storing order designating information by which later order is designated are newer system change-over process information and, then, newer system change-over process information is read in a main storage means connected to the control circuit so that the system change-over processing after the reset processing is progressed.
