PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output audio from a speaker 13 in a correct audio reproducing mode without causing head omission for bit stream data of audio inputted to a digital input terminal 19, in a control center device 12. SOLUTION: Bit stream data of audio inputted to the digital input terminal 19 is stored in an IC memory 20. When inputting of bit stream data to the digital input terminal 19 is started (this start time is assumed to be t1), the bit stream data is decoded by a decoder 21, an audio reproduction mode is detected, switching to the audio reproduction mode is performed. After that, the decoder 21 reads out bit stream data from the time t1 from the IC memory 20, decodes it, an arithmetic processing section 24 generates an analog audio signal based on the decoded data, and it is outputted from a speaker 13.
