PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing the physical load for loading and unloading to a carrier. SOLUTION: This step has struts 4 hitched on strut supporting fittings mounted on side gates 2 and a rear gate 3, or side frames or a rear frame of a load-carrying platform, respectively having the hook-shaped part 5 on its upper part, and plural stages of connecting fittings 8 capable of catching leg parts 7 of the step on its upper, middle and lower parts with the connecting fittings 8 vertically arranged in a row or two rows, and further provided with a projection for vertically supporting the strut on a position to be kept in contact with a lower part of the side gate of a rear surface of the strut, step leg parts 7, and a step tread.
