METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ARRANGING LENS WITHIN OPTICAL CAVITY SLEEVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, easy and convenient method required for arranging a lens at the center of an optical cavity sleeve while maintaining excellent optical positioning and performance even when the tolerance for the lens and the cavity sleeve is loosely set in order to facilitate the manufacture and reduce the cost when the lens is arranged at the center within the optical cavity sleeve in optical parts. SOLUTION: The optical component having the outer peripheral part can be easily aligned by plural deformable ridges between the optical component and the optical cavity sleeve with the optical cavity sleeve having the inner peripheral part receiving the outer peripheral part of the optical component along the common optical axis when the optical component is inserted into the sleeve.
