PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive magnetic oxygen analyzer, capable of high accuracy measurement of the oxygen over a wide concentration region by a single measuring system. SOLUTION: A magnetic oxygen analyzer is equipped with a ring cell, having a ring-shaped measuring gas passage, the bypass pipe connected to the ring cell and bypassing the measuring gas passage, a magnetic field applying means arranged to the bypass pipe so as to biased from the central part of the bypass pipe, the heater provided to the bypass pipe and heating the measuring gas in the bypass pipe and a flow sensor measuring the flow rate of the measuring gas in the bypass pipe, and the concentration of the measuring gas is measured based on the supply power to the heater and the output of the flow sensor.
