PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of being easily fitted to the edge section of a double glazing and capable of being kept airtight and watertight even if the double glazing is moved by wind pressure while inserted into the panel body fitting groove of a stile. SOLUTION: A nearly U-shaped cross section is formed with a main body section 13 having a recessed groove section 12 formed with a bottom section 10 and rise sections 11 on both sides and hold sections 20 integrally provided on the rise sections 11 on both sides. Each hold section 20 has a main lip piece 22 and an auxiliary lip piece 24 provided obliquely toward the bottom section 10 on the tip section 22a of the main lip piece 22 in this gasket. When the gasket is fitted to the edge section of the double glazing 30, the auxiliary lip piece 24 is elastically deformed smoothly, thus the gasket can be easily fitted to the double glazing 30. Even if the double glazing 30 is moved by wind pressure and the main lip piece 22 is separated from the surface 31 of the double glazing 30, the auxiliary lip piece 24 is kept in contact with the surface 31 of the double glazing 30 airtightly and watertightly.
