PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an inconspicuous structure being when seen from an outdoor side and capable of preventing deflection of an intermediate part of a glass panel and absorbing the displacement due to earthquake. SOLUTION: Oscillation brackets 7, 7 are supported in a tip part of a connection beam 6 fixed on a building so as to oscillate and freely around a bolt 12. Panel side connection brackets 8, 8 are supported on tip parts of each oscillation bracket 7, 7 by pins 9, 9 so as to be slightly and freely displaceable in the horizontal and vertical directions. Side fringes of an intermediate part of a glass panel are held by panel holding parts 19, 19 provided in tip parts of each panel side connection bracket 8, 8 by an elastically deformable sealing material.
