PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining fitting capable of joining in a state where a hanger is hung and the unit building of a wood frame construction two-by-four system using the joining fitting and excellent in execution lessening a jobsite execution man-hours. SOLUTION: In joining fittings 5A, 5B used by being stretched between the upper end face parts 121, 121S of the wall panel of the adjacent building units 10A, 10S of a unit building adjoined and installed by a plurality of the building units 10A, 10S comprising a wall panel erected on a floor panel 11 and the circumference of the floor panel 11, a plurality of nail holes 51 corresponding to one building unit 10A, 10S are provided on the joining fittings 5A, 5B, and further the hole 52 for the hanger of the building unit is provided.
