PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of realizing the reduction of the cost of a power source part for a member requiring the application of voltage in the image forming device and a process cartridge using a scorotron type electrifier or the like. SOLUTION: An aperture part B is provided on the shield 32 of a scorotron type electrifier 30 and a charge capturing electrode 90 is provided to cover the aperture part B. Furthermore, the electrode 90 is electrically connected to a plate 84 of a brush member 86 in a paper powder removing device 80. Thus, the voltage having the same polarity as the electrification polarity of toner is applied to the member 86 without providing a power source for the member 86.
