PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating sheet which can surely avoid short- circuiting the signal wire of a heat dissipating part, be mounted on a wide area independently of the types of heating element parts, and are high in thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: A heat dissipating sheet 100 has such a structure in which a metal member of high thermal conductivity 102 is buried in a high-thermal conductivity silicone resin sheet 101. The high thermal conductivity member 102 is arranged inside the silicone resin sheet 101 extending in a lengthwise direction and ranging from points close to the front surface to other points close to the rear surface so as not to come out of the sheet 10. |
