PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed cell which is highly flexible in size, high in volume energy density, satisfactory in long-term reliability, and well adaptable to the devices, at a low cost. SOLUTION: The diameter of an open end of a package film is made smaller than that of the storage portion of a group of electrodes, and a flame having approximately the same width as the thickness of groups of electrodes is arranged, at least at the edge excepting the terminal take-out part.
